Corporate Governance / Independent Auditor


The shareholders' meeting resolution dated March 1, 2021 has appointed DELOITTE & TOUCHE S.p.A. as independent auditor of the company as per the article 17, p. 1 of the D.Lgs. 39/10, for the nine-year period 2021-2029 and, therefore, until the shareholders' meeting approving the annual report as at December 31, 2029
